We had a superb night last night at the beautiful Villa, in Wrea Green for Sam & Laura's Thursday night wedding. I've loved this country restaurant and hotel for years now, and recently they have made some fab improvements, least of all a huge extension at the back for weddings. The new space is draped with white cloth and it gives a lovely romantic feel to the place!
Another great summer wedding last night at the lovely Clifton arms in Lytham.
Hayley and Ryan tied the knot and wanted The Keytars to perform after seeing us play in a local pub a few years back.
The Clifton arms is a great wedding venue and has a large ball room that is used for the wedding breakfast during the day and then is quickly turned around to cater for the evening festivities!
We had an amazing night last night entertaining the crowd at Derek & Georgina's wedding in Newton. The lovely couple opted for a home wedding with a marquee in the garden including bar, hog roast, and fireworks! (see images below). Bride and groom had their first dance (The Script - Never Seen Anything) encircled by friends and family who joined them halfway through the track.
Last night at The Wild Boar Inn was absolutely fab! Gorgeous venue for a wedding dating back to the 17th century. Loved the original slate tiles in the bar that looked as though they were melted together... but were just like that through wear and tear over the years!
Last Saturday 14th of May was our first outing to Windy Harbour Holiday Park.
What a great night we had - Dave looked after us for the very start and made us feel really welcome! Really enjoyed having a pint in the sun in their beer garden whilst we were waiting to go onstage at 9pm.
We had a great night last night (12/3/16). The band got asked to perform for 'Aiming Higher' charity ball at Blackpool Pleasure Beach's Paradise room. We weren't on stage until 11.30 so we had plenty of time to sample some local entertainment round the area.
Fantastic wedding up in Lodomore falls hotel, The Lake district last Saturday! Beautiful hotel and amazing scenery. Peter the groom sang his own rendition of McFly's 'The heart never lies' to his blushing bride accompanied by us. So it seemed only fitting to get the bride up on stage later to sing (and play) Mustang Sally!
